During the extruding process, some part of deformation energy transferred into thermal energy, which rise the metal’s temp, which may cause the coarse grains of the product to affect the quality .The simulation isothermal is mainly for building the isothermal extrusion.
According to the metal extruding process mathematical model which simulated built by the computer system, input PLC into the controlling programme, during the extruding, collect the Feedback signal of the main plunger to do the comparison.
Mean time, we would set the non-contact optical thermometer and also transfer the temp signal into numerical signal, to compare and calculate with the mathematical model. The speed signal ,temp signal together with the PLC calculating result would be used as the output signal to realize the control to the vane pump and finally realize the flowing adjust for the vane pump.
Then the extrusion speed would come down as the inspecting temp come rise up .This way is more direct and effective to control the speed compared with the former method and also more suitable for the extrusion products which required severely for extruding temp.
The above two ways are belong to closed loop, which are both important to the alloy extruding, and it is also the key point to make sure the product quality and ratio of qualified products.
